In the initial years, the curriculum covers essential medical disciplines, including Anatomy, Physiology, Biochemistry, Pharmacology, Pathology, and Microbiology. In the later years, the program focuses on clinical training, where students gain practical experience in various specialties like Internal Medicine, Surgery, Pediatrics, and Obstetrics and Gynecology. Students receive extensive clinical training through internships and rotations at affiliated hospitals and Medical Institutions in Kyrgyzstan, allowing them to apply their theoretical knowledge in real-world healthcare settings. The MBBS degree awarded by IHSM is recognized by major international medical bodies, including the World Health Organization (WHO), Medical Council of India (MCI), and FAIMER, ensuring that graduates can practice medicine in various countries worldwide. The course is taught in English, ensuring that students from non-Russian speaking countries can effectively follow the lessons.
